Julie Nevel is an independent Christian artist based in Harrisburg, PA.  June 2011 marked 23 years as a worship leader, singer/ songwriter, performer, and pianist. In an array of venues, from churches, music festivals and conventions, to prisons, inner city missions, retreats, camps and even your neighborhood coffee house, Julie's powerful music ministry captures listeners with original songs written from the heart and reflecting her own personal experiences. Her concerts range from informal solo dates accompanied by keyboard and background tracks to professionally staged productions with full band support.

Recognized by many as an accomplished songwriter, Julie's artistic development in this creative craft has continued to open doors of opportunity for special projects. These include the song "The Spirit of the Flame," inspired by the athletes of the Special Olympics, and first sung at the 1995 World Games, and "Step by Step," a song penned for breast cancer awareness.
